Customized jewelry, custom orders, special orders or jewelry altered as per your request, are not returnable.

You may return an item for store credit within 7 days of the SHIPMENT DATE. See invoice for date. Charges for shipping, handling, insurance, delivery confirmation, and charges for personalizing or customizing services are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied with the ORIGINAL INVOICE/PACKING SLIP. When you return an item, follow these instructions, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition. If the items have been damaged in transit. We can not give you a refund without all of the following items/requirements. We can not be reimbursed by the Postal or UPS service with out these items. So carefully read all instructions. The item must be returned within 7 days of the shipping date.
To receive a refund for items damaged upon their arrival, you must: Immediately call me at 760-788-9649 to inform me of the mishap. I may instruct you to provide information not stated in this policy. You must return the items, and all damaged packing materials, original invoice/packing slip, and anything else in the package. The item must be returned with proper packing, insurance for full value, and delivery confirmation. Items with out any of the one of the requested items may not receive a refund and will be returned to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Refunds will be sent for damaged items when we receive reimbursement from the shipping provider.
We reserve the right to correct any and all errors and omissions. Beaded gemstone can be substituted without the buyer's consent. The look will be similar. This is due to the limited supply. Set gemstones will not be substituted without the buyer's consent
We send our jewelry by USPS, priority mail or express mail. Delivery confirmation and insurance if needed. Occasionally we use UPS.
